NCL(Northern Coalfields Limited Singrauli) invites application from retired /Staff Nurse
& Lab Technicians, from the services of CIL. or any of its subsidiary
companies. Upon such engagement, through a temporary contract basis, they will have
to assist the functioning & operation of Isolation and quarantine ward
maintained across the premise of NCL. The terms and conditions of engagement on a temporary contract basis will be as follows:

Retired paramedical staffs engaged under
these guidelines are eligible only
for consolidated honorarium and other benefits ay prescribed under these
guidelines.
They will not be eligible for retirement benefits like Gratuity, PF,
Post-retrial medical benefits and pension for the period of their engagement
under these guidelines.

नर्स और लैब तकनीशियनों से आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है। या इसकी कोई सहायक कंपनी। ऐसे
अनुबंध पर, अस्थायी अनुबंध के आधार पर, उन्हें एनसीएल के आधार पर बनाए रखा गया
अलगाव और संगरोध वार्ड के कामकाज और संचालन में सहायता करनी होगी। अस्थायी अनुबंध
के आधार पर सगाई की शर्तें और नियम निम्नानुसार होंगे:

इन दिशानिर्देशों के तहत लगे सेवानिवृत्त पैरामेडिकल कर्मचारी केवल समेकित मानदेय और इन दिशानिर्देशों के तहत निर्धारित अन्य लाभों के लिए पात्र हैं।
वे इन दिशानिर्देशों के तहत अपनी सगाई की अवधि के लिए ग्रेच्युटी, पीएफ, पोस्ट-रेट्रियल चिकित्सा लाभ और पेंशन जैसे सेवानिवृत्ति लाभों के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।
